About PAnDA
Post Analysis Data Aquisition is a framework and methodology to specifically
target ions missed by data dependent acquisition. Also known as PAnDA, this framework utilizes high resolution mass spectra to detect
features for fragmentation. Features are tracked in a database to determine if MS/MS spectra were obtained for them, and subsequent
sample analysis targets those features that were not selected for fragmentation.
The PAnDA methodology includes software designed for Thermo Fisher Scientific hybrid mass analyzers. The software automates the
process of data acquisition, data analysis, and method file modification. Detailed information can be found in:
