PAnDA requires current installations of Thermo software:
1. Xcalibur 2.0.7 with the XDK (see step 2)
2. LTQ FT Ultra MS 2.4 SP1 OR LTQ Orbitrap XL MS 2.4 SP1
3. Updated drivers for whichever autosampler and HPLC being used
Installation & Setup Step 2: Install the XDK
By default, the Xcalibur Development Kit (XDK) is not installed when Xcalibur is installed.
The XDK contains drivers necessary for PAnDA functionality. If the XDK is not installed, you must re-install
Xcalibur and follow the steps below.
To begin the Xcalibur installation, select "Xcalibur 2.0.7 Core".
Click through the installation windows, following all instructions presented, until
the following dialog appears. Make sure the XDK is checked. If your installation shows 0 K for the drive
space required (as shown on the right), then the XDK is already installed. If the number is not 0, then
click next to continue the installation process.
