Three major overhauls:
- All new configuration file interface. Much more intuitive/user readable. No
online documentation currently available. Example configuration file is titled:
Hardklor.conf
- Improved modification detection when using Version2 algorithm. It is still
not as robust as Version1, so proceed with caution when looking for modified
peptides.
- Updated modular interface when compiling Hardklor into other programs. You
can now feed it MSToolkit Spectrum objects and grab the results stored in
memory.
